Dr. Nesic currently serves as the Chair of Europe and Eurasian Affairs at the Foreign Service Institute, US Department of State. She is also a Visiting Professor at the US Army JFK Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) and at the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU), US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Dr. Nesic is an internationally recognized expert in psychology of terrorism, cognitive-emotional warfare, political violence, state and non-state malign influence operations, hybrid threats, and irregular warfare. She is a Senior member of NATO’s Partnership for Peace Consortium (PfPC) and a Subject Matter Expert for NATO ACT Concept Development Branch.
