It supports its clients on milestone decisions from scale-up overgrowth, M&A and exit (mainly targets with an income up to €50M).My day-to-day was split between 2 main advisory activities, (i) M&A related, and (ii) performance management.(i) M&A related / Transaction services:*Analysis of the Target's financial statements and business plans in the context of acquisition or sell-side due diligence with the purpose of identifying normalization adjustments on EBITDA, net working capital and net financial debt;* Preparation of draft due diligence reports including charts, tables, analyses and conclusions to inform our clients' decisions;* Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Valuation reports using different valuation methods;* Business plan modeling and reviews;(ii) Performance & transformation projects (directly liaising with key management advising them on KPIs and key development questions):* Power BI implementation (back and front-end) - KPIs tracker; - Sales drivers; - Inventory management; - Sales personnel conversion; - Gross margin per product; - And giving training, amongst others.* Financial reporting: - Developing management accounts from scratch and participating in the monthly reporting; - Continuously enhancing closing accounting activities to derive more accurate figures.
