Alena Ivanova is a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca at AstraZeneca. She is proficient in German, Swedish and English. Colleagues describe her as "Alena has been my supervisor at AstraZeneca for 8 months in the Extracellular Vesicle Team (2022). Throughout the time she has been very supportive and available despite her busy schedule. She patiently taught me a range of new laboratory skills needed for my project, the process of taking research from experiment to publishing and shared a breadth of valuable career advice. She supported my career development by helping to identify opportunities I could benefit from, gave me the chance to participate in important decisions, initiate collaborations and carry out ambitious experiments.
