Senior Customer Success Manager
Current• Managing relationships with senior stakeholders at tier 1/ strategic accounts in banking, investments, crypto, remittance verticals;• Leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations and making recommendations for action for the executive team;• Working closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Onboarding, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product and Operations teams to ensure timely implementation for customers' growth plans;• Delivering customer initiatives on fraud prevention and corporate governance requirements within a complex technical and regulated environment;• Creating financial plans and forecasts for the Board for yearly budgets.
