Client Services Manager
Current- Managing a portfolio of Strategic and Tier 1 Modulr clients ensuring their operational needs are being met.- Working closely with teams across the business including onboarding, support, compliance and account management to ensure seamless customer experience. - Taking ownership of complex client queries and issues. - Comprehensive knowledge of Modulr's products, services and technology to provide solutions to clients. - Identifying opportunities to drive improvements by working collaboratively with our product team and other internal stakeholders. - Working closely with account management on client meetings and QBRs.
