I solve problems and then explain the solutions to share the knowledge.I've been solving problems my entire life. As a kid, I translated bills from English to Bosnian for my immigrant parents and refinanced their mortgage. At 18, I deconstructed Bill Belichick's football schemes to Boston.com readers, so they knew what to expect each week. In my entire professional career, I've written documentation and been called “the glue” because I fill gaps and solve hard problems with deep thought, including new positions, scratch workflows, backlogged cases, companywide rollouts, automations, projects, and more. I believe there’s a solution for every problem if we think long enough. In my downtime, I publish a weekly newsletter, theperiplous.com, that analyzes the storytelling techniques of literary fiction. Studying the masters helps my fiction writing, so I write about it in case it can help others. Check out the recommendations from my colleagues for more information about my work ethic, dedication, and collaboration.
