I lead initiatives to enhance system resilience, implement continuous monitoring, and address operational challenges, guaranteeing seamless operations for both internal and external stakeholders.[ * ] Ensuring regulatory compliance (FINMA, PCI-DSS) across operations, with a strong emphasis on data security and adherence to key standards and directives and secure development practices (SSDLC).[ * ] Building highly agile, cross-functional, and multi-cultural DevOps teams across multiple locations, in Switzerland and nearby countries.
