Product Manager & Game Producer

As the Product Manager at Playwind Games, I drove the development, production, and success of our game titles by ensuring they align with our strategic goals and the wants of our players. I conduct market research to identify trends, user-test player preferences, and compare results against competitor positions and strategies. I would also steer the direction of our games by ideating features, systems, and mechanics that brought a positive impact to our player experience and the relevant KPIs.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I also lead the production of a 10 person team composed of artists, developers, and marketers. This involved outlining weeklygoals for each team, organising sprints around defined goals, and doing my best to ensure we respect the estimations and deadlines of our roadmap and the wider commercial goals of the company. Additionally, I direct my efforts on the QA front where I check submitted builds and assess the viability of planned updates & releases.Lastly, I leveraged our work with data collection and analytics by AB testing, consistently gathering user feedback, and outlining our event tracking architecture. My goal was to communicate and help build a game with a solid vision that is as coherent as it is flexible to the changes in real-time player behaviour.
