Guided Tours: -Provide interactive and informative guided tours that are adapted to suit the interests of the specific visitor audience.-Manage crowded groups of visitors and leading them around the site. Museum Education:-Lead a variety of interactive teaching sessions to a range of groups, from school children Key Stage 1 (age 5) to Adult Learners, using interactive activities, talks and Powerpoint presentations, tailored to suit the group’s needs. Visitor Services:-Welcome visitors in a busy and international environment, using a range of communications tools, assess their needs and offer facilities.-Engage with visitors, provide them any information or orientations.-Invigilating all the areas of the site (indoor and outdoor) in order that protect the artworks and the archaeological ruins.-Greet and welcome big groups providing guidance for the visit.-Offer complementary facilities as audio guides, children’s trials, leaflets and explain all the practical information they need before start the visit. -Use different languages to communicate with foreign visitors (especially Italian and Spanish speakers)Tickets sale and Reception: -Sell admission tickets and guide books using a computerized till system. -Process and take payment for groups; consolidating online pre-booked tickets and vouchers; dealing with international tour operators.-Administrative duties at the reception desk, dealing with staff, Council members, contractors and the public.
