DPO (former internal Privacy counsel);c. Compliance;d. Tender procedures;e. Staff-contracts;f. Pre-litigation;g. Corporate secretariat; h. Research and experimental development, by carrying out dedicated legal advises and reporting activity;i. Generic advice in the fields of civil law – contracts, commercial and company law – industrial property and copyright, management of administrative procedures.

I gained professional skills in the following subjects: (i) civil law – both judicial and extra-judicial –, (ii) corporate law, (iii) criminal law, (iv) administrative liability of corporations, (v) Privacy, (vi) labour law;by working on:a. legal research and drafting judicial documents, advises and contracts;b. collaboration in drafting tabs and organization models under legislative decree 231/2001 (administrative liability of corporations);c. Italian and international client management, assistance in both in-site and off-site meetings and conferences;d. carrying out commitments at judicial offices of civil, labour and criminal Courts in district of Rome, Tivoli (Rome) and Milan, and at the Supreme Court di Cassation;e. assistance in trial;f. management of files and practices even through the professional software “AlexPro”.
