Main activities and responsibilities: - Cash flow analysis and projections;- Evaluations of possible new investments and/or M&A transactions: preparation of business plans and valuation with DCF models.- Preparation of the impairment tests required by IFRS for all the cash generating units of the Group; - Credit Risk assessment for the cargo market business segment of Saras SpA; preparation of client valuations to be submitted for approval to the internal credit committee; monitoring and management of the credit limit assigned to clients.- Hedging of FX Risk: determination of the daily company exposure to the FX risk and hedging with appropriate derivative instruments negotiated with banks.- Hedging of the Interest Rate Risk. - Trading of Emission Allowances certificates for the compliance with the requirements of the Emission Trading Scheme (ETS);- Trading of Green Certificates and Energy Efficiency Certificates; - Management of the relationship with the banks regarding a project finance entity, including preparation of the semiannual computer model. - Involvement in the process for the issue of bonds and M/T financing.

Employed in the Audit Division, specifically with reference to companies in the Consumer Market. Reached the level of Supervising Senior.Main activities and skills: • In charge as team leader in engagements for the audit of separated and consolidated financial statements of primary Italian and International Groups, according to IAS/IFRS and Italian GAAP;• Review of internal control systems and procedures for the preparation of the financial statements;• Experiences in due diligence services for M&A transactions.
