About Alessandro Marconi
Kenyan-born, naturalized Italian, with a strong interest in cultures and foreign environments. The experience in the architectural industry at the beginning of my career has been fundamental insharpening relational abilities with customers and teammates with different backgrounds.I have been working in the field of business communication and management consultancy since 2014, primarily using English as my work language, to help hundreds of professionals, working in multinationals as well as family-owned companies in diverse sectors, master their relationships with foreign customers and suppliers. Together with business owners and key stakeholders, we increased sales and tailored business development plans taking into account aspects such as marketing, communication, sales structures, account management, and risk assessments.Currently, I work as a management consultant at Edward Lynx, focusing on leadership programs to help companies and professionals reach new desired targets and increase profitability.
