Transaction Management for buy & sell-side deals across Europe. Main activities include origination, due diligence and project management, negotiation of legal contracts, managing relations and contracts with advisors, presenting with appropriate structures to boards and committees.Assisting local asset management teams on development projects in the same markets. Additionally, supporting in the implementation of the real estate group strategy and launch of a cross-selling platform with Group service and insurance businesses

Business Development of new products, investment platforms and mandates in Italy. Main activities include analysing and modelling deals and presenting with appropriate structures to boards and committees.Investment Management of JVs and Indirect Investments across Europe worth > € 4.8bn. Main activities include underwriting, monitoring, restructuring and disposal; managing relations with external managers and co-investors, participating to boards; preparing recommendations, financial analysis and reporting to investorsMember of the Group Leadership Program “Leave Your Mark” for the design and implementation of the Group strategy, with a particular focus on asset management and real estate business model, organization and investment solutions

Investment analysis of greenfield and brownfield projects in Western Europe (renewables, gas storage, parking) taking care of screening new investments, undertaking detailed due diligence and complex financial modelling; Portfolio management of direct and indirect investments worth € 1bn

Assisting clients in performing business planning and valuation services for office, residential, retail and leisure assets, restructuring of SPV development project and construction companies; Financial and Commercial DD of shopping centres, construction companies and fund management companies

Business planning for photovoltaic power plants; target scouting; support in fundraising and set-up of a reserved fund; supporting negotiation of Engineering & Procurement and Operations & Maintenance contracts

Focus: support to professional bankers on M&A origination and execution assignments with reference to Utilities, Security and Beauty sectorsDuty: data gathering; preparation of marketing pitch; industry overview, target scouting; financial modeling
