Main Responsibilities:Administrative support: Provide support to the PMO, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing deadlines. Ensuring that materials are ready in time for meetings, facilitating the distribution of reports, and maintaining document filing.Project management: Collaborate with the PMO team to support project execution within the program. This includes updating project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying deviations from plans, and reporting emerging issues.Resource management: Support the PMO in managing program resources, including optimal allocation of resources to projects and monitoring their utilization.Monitoring and reporting: Collect and analyze data on project progress within the program. Prepare regular reports for the PMO and other stakeholders, presenting information clearly and accurately.Communication support: Collaborate with the PMO to facilitate effective communication between the PMO, project managers, and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and other documents.Acquired knowledge:-Familiarity with project management principles and practices, such as project lifecycle, planning, execution, and project control.-Understanding of specific PMO processes and procedures, such as document management, change request management, and resource management.-Communication and relationship-building skills to interact with project teams, the PMO, and other stakeholders.-Knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.-Ability to analyze and problem-solve to identify issues and contribute to effective solutions.
