Working closely with product development consultancy aacn, I led the brand and product design for Ostrom, an innovative energy retailer looking to provide clean energy to households across Germany. My responsibilities included:- Created the complete brand design and image for the company, including colour and type choices as well as logo design and brand guideline development- Devising from scratch the UX of the customer-facing product- Conceptualising user journeys, sketches and wireframes for for both iOS, Android & Web- Developing design guidelines, best practices and standards for the MVP- User research and insight, including competitive analysis and detailed user journeys- Developing UI for all relevant platforms as well as feedback throughout the development process

Looping, a family organisation tool developed by familynet GmbH, is available on the App/Play Stores as well as on the web and has been downloaded more than one million times. My responsibilities at Looping included:- Utilising agile methodologies to develop key features for the product- Executing all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering- Conceptualizing user journeys, sketches and wireframes for existing and new product features- Enhancing the usability of our entire customer facing product- Independently conducting UX tests and early feedback cycles throughout all steps of the design process- Developing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards- Creating user centric designs that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex processes- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
