I practice primarily in the Corporate M&A and Technology & Outsourcing Groups, having expertise on a wide range of issues in the areas of mergers and acquisitions involving both private and public entities, technology outsourcings, general corporate commercial transactions and corporate governance matters.I have counselled corporate and private equity clients across various industries in complex matters related to mergers and acquisitions in respect of structuring, risk mitigation, divestitures and related transactional issues. I have also advised large and mid-sized companies on outsourcings, licensing and technology development and commercialization, joint ventures, data management and security and has been involved in IT procurement and outsourcing arrangements in a variety of industries including, financial services, insurance, retail, telecommunications, software and mining.I also play a lead role in the development and management of legal content, current awareness, education and the implementation of legal project management/innovation initiatives within the firm's M&A and corporate commercial practice groups to ensure that both lawyers and clients have the benefit of the firm's collective legal expertise and the latest in legal and industry developments.
