CurrentManagement of the planning function within Decathlon with a focus on major freehold and strategic development projects.Searching for and acquiring new sites, both leasehold and freehold, to aid the expansion of Decathlon in the UK.Leading on the strategic redevelopment of freehold and leasehold site from conception and negotiation, financing, board approval and onto delivery. With experience in planning, surveying, construction and project management I am able to lead projects through the whole development process.Assisting in the opening of Decathlon Australia by providing strategic property and planning advice. Presenting to Australian State Government representatives both here in the UK and in the east coast states of Australia.Alongside my property role i have taken the lead of delivering related ESG requirements for on site and off site solar contracts and EV car charging deals. I have also initiated and delivered partnerships for Decathlon with British Triathlon, the Youth Sport Trust, London Sport and a number of other Governing Bodies of Sport.Ability to translate my passion for sport, health and wellbeing to assist the growth of Decathlon in the UK and overseas.
