Advised customer personnel (operational and management) of various process solutions necessary to achieve safe, optimal and efficient operations of the UOP process unit(s).• Utilised unit operating data and laboratory results. Monitored and advised on process operating conditions. Reviewed and developed Memos, Reports and Operating Procedures, outlining site activity; safety-related information; customer concerns; and UOP recommendations.• Followed required safety requirements and procedures (Honeywell, UOP and customer-specific requirements).• As Chief Technical Advisor, managing UOP Technical Advisors and/or working with other Chief Technical Advisors to coordinate activities. Other responsibilities included training Assistant Technical Advisors and providing feedback to all Technical Advisors on each assignment.Key Achievements:Successfully led and/or support site activities for over fifteen customer projects, highlighting two start-to-finish Unit start-ups and six other Unit start-ups. Kept nine projects on-schedule while supporting vessel loadings. Minimised one project start-up delay by several months by providing an operational solution to an supply issue at site.

Within Modeling R&D, I helped support pilot plant operation (such as installing reactor internals; plant start-up, operation and shut-down; and test run data collection and reporting our results to the team.
