I am a dual degree (BS Biology/BS Kinesiology) graduate from The Ohio State University and I serve as America's youngest track & field coach to be awarded Level 2 Endurance Distinction by USATF (the sport's national governing body). I am a dynamic professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and valuable experiences in an extremely wide range of fields including medical/behavioral patient care, media/brand experience production and content creation, exercise physiology and prescription, track & field athlete development and programming, biomedical orthopedic research, and small business operations management.
