Team with nine employees in operations at Northern Brazil. • Led since the mobilization and demobilization all assets of two new sites, At Pedra Branca do Amapari-AP and Parauapebas-PA (R$ 150 million- CAPEX and R$ 100 million/year - OPEX), at the beginning of the project to the end of its activities and subsequent sale of assets, involving the hiring of the procurement and maintenance team, process definition and materials aquisition , obtaining 85% reliability and availability throughout the contract on entire fleet. • Worked, along the Project Managers and LATAM Operational Board, defining the activities scope and budget costs to ensure the best possible TCO in the projects and BID's costs for the preparation of LATAM commercial proposals. Cross-functional team of five employees.• Implemented ERP Procurement and Inventory modules (TOTVS), as well as supported the development and adaptation of maintenance processes and procedures, necessary for the safe and effective execution of the mobile fleet and fixed assets in accordance with global corporate policies and activities maintenance in all sites. The gains from this project were a 15% reduction in headcount at operations and continuous improvement in inventory management and in cycle count of 6,000 SKUs.• Negotiated BRL 45 million Capex, Opex and Material and fleet Logistics of items for a new project in Parauapebas-PA with 8% savings.

Report to Global Procurement Director. Responsible for brazilian Procurement and logistics in Chile and Argentina operations, inventory management and strategic purchases. Team with 22 buyers in Brazil.• Obtained BRL 2.1 million - CAPEX saving and BRL 3.4 million - OPEX saving at maintenance and consumables expenses, through the creation of commercial agreements and contracts for PPE, tires and consumables(yellow line).• Actively participated in development of new logistics partners and supplier evaluation with a 5.5% reduction in logistics costs.• Stabilized the delivery process with 95% of purchase orders invoiced within a maximum of 48 hours, as defined by the local leader.• Created a new Procurement policy for the company in South America, adapting the new features of the new ERP Oracle R9. As a result, there was a 70% reduction in the Procurement workforce.• Negotiated and implemented agreements and contracts to standardize PPE, technical consumables for the yellow line on maintenance of mobile fleet, resulting in scheduled purchases and savings of 10%.• Worked in the negotiation and technical inspection with South America Maintenance Manager in 2010, 2011 and 2012 in Houston, and North Carolina.• Participated as a key user of Procuremtent, Warehouse and Administrative training (45 days) for the development of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and for implementation of Oracle R9 (25 days) in the UK.

Report to South American Asset Manager.
