Oversee the OSHA Cincinnati Technical Center's (CTC) Engineering Services Division (ESD) which includes CTC calibration lab operations and technical support services. Supervise and evaluate performance of ESD staff. Manage technical equipment programs to evaluate, service, and calibrate industrial hygiene and safety equipment to be used by OSHA field offices. Identify key performance indicators for lab operations and technical support activity and provide reporting to agency senior leadership. Lead CTC laboratory modernization efforts through development and management of Labware laboratory information management system (LIMS) software. Serve as a representative of OSHA to various federal, state, and international government agencies regarding use and testing of industrial hygiene and safety equipment.

Trained technicians to carry out test, calibration, and repair procedures. Developed LabVIEW code used by CTC engineers to automate and improve the efficiency of test and calibration processes.
