Offering 4 sessions of 1 to 1, peer to peer coaching for Team Entrepreneur students per week. The main aim is to Support level 1 and 2 students while creating a more inclusive environment within our course. This role will allow me to gain experience coaching in a 1 to 1 setting while using first-hand the coaching models I have learnt from my other experiences.

Employed by UWE to Coach a team of women training within tech at Ilia State University in Georgia. In line with the sustainability strategy of the creative spark program, the UWE Bristol, UK and ISU, Tbilisi, Georgia partnerships offer the Women tech Hub initiative. The aim of the whole programme is to train 60 female students in tech entrepreneurship and then match those students with start-ups, founded by women who mostly will be ex-inmate and conditionally convicted.

During my one year as an enactus member our team achieved most improved team in the UK and our project won BIC's using creativity for a more sustainable world, national competition.

P.A.V.E. was created when two people (including myself) decided that they wanted to tackle the mental health problems that we see within the world, with our focus being on students from when they first enter the school system in KS1 until they graduate university. One of the best parts about our business is all profits are reinvested back into the business meaning we can support students even more. In our first few months we created a podcast called Real People, Honest Talks that aimed to break the social stigma around the conversations on mental health. Within 6 months we had built a team of passionate entrepreneurs ready to advance the business. As a team we created a mental health and wellbeing activity/story book for KS1 Children. We are got these workbooks into schools and received valuable feedback to prove that our books will have a the positive impact we assumed they would. We also started partnering with primary schools in the summer of 2021 and creating mental health and wellbeing resources for their students at their request.Alongside our other business activities we were in the process of creating a mental health and wellbeing app called My Self-Help for university student. We aimed for students to be the main voice and creators of resources within the platform as currently students lack involvement regarding mental health and wellbeing within universities. To execute the student element we aimed to build communities within universities to support the platform and create resources to be uploaded to the platform, that wont be just shared with their fellow students at their organisations but every university that is apart of the platform family. The vision of getting students at every university in the united Kingdom working together, with the platform at the heart, motivated every one of our team members to pave the way to better mental health.In 2023 the business was passed to the society Enactus at UWE so I could focus on my education.

In my role as a assistant coach I supported the Head Coach of a year 1 team company made up of 20 students within the university degree Team Entrepreneurship. I would attend monthly meetings with my supervisor to learn more coaching/ team coaching techniques and models. I would also attend monthly meetings with the Team Coach to reflect on our practice and what was happening within the team currently. Within this role I was able to have a positive effect for the teams development while getting experience of being a team coach.
