I started as an AGM in the storage industry 12 years ago and immediately set out to learn as much as I could about the business. Over the years I have advanced to GM, Regional Trainer, Corporate Trainer and now Regional Director for all of California, Washington & Nevada. I have created and maintained a culture of team unity amongst my stores, and I encourage the managers every day to expand their knowledge and give back to their teammates where they can. Through this practice we have consistently been the top team in the company (monthly, quarterly & yearly) over the last 2 years with few exceptions. My time as a Trainer definitely contributed to my coaching style as a leader and I’m a firm believer that there is always another step to master. To be the best you have to embrace the rationale behind each procedure, become a believer in the process, and be willing to offer support wherever it’s needed to build the rest of the group.
