• Lead a team of 6 Trainers located at Ogden Hill AFB to deliver training on MRO program• Work with MRO Program Manager and Training Lead team to ensure quality and consistency across sites, locations, and SOPs• Work with the Program Manager and Training Coordinator to support to perform site surveys, and other tasks as needed• Play a crucial role in the team’s structure by providing the basis to pivot and adapt to changing circumstances, meet the needs of a “Shop-by-Shop” approach, and coordinate across the Training • • • • Team(s), Program Management, Government-directed SMEs and Training Support Personnel, and the MRO SI for continuous improvement• Support training teams learn the training materials, prepare for sessions, and be ready to execute training delivery• Own the responsibility for the implementation of the Training delivery Plan (TDP), helping Training Teams align to the TDP, integrating feedback from training surveys, and acting as a back-up trainer as necessary, and being an engine for continuous improvement for the program• Help the Training Teams to move quickly, adapt to a variety of circumstances, and integrate new practices and insights into training delivery• Participate in full onboarding and immersion activities and support the individual Training Teams with developing and maintaining site-specific SOPs for senior trainers and SMEs in preparation for implementations and when system changes drive ad hoc updates• Manage the full understanding the personas of different user groups; to best help position training teams for shop-by-shop training• Provide training to end-users, currently in the maintenance and financial fields. Training course materials will be Government- provided and Contractor shall ensure that all training supports and meets the learning objectives as established by the Government
