Responsible for initial PC and robotics programming for new mold set-up. As well as documenting mold change and machine adjustments including; troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Make effective technical decisions and communicates them my Engineering department, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and make adjustments as needed.Provide molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.Manage raw mold material to ensure traceability, shelf life, and prevent contamination.Generate documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility. Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.Ensure safe working practices are followed.Troubleshoot issues with foam injection parts (polyol & isocyanate).Troubleshoot line side issues to determine wether they are robot related or line side issues.Make corrective actions to repair foam injection parts or robot (fanuc)related issues.Adjust and creating programs as needed to reduce issues or set up new tools.Make programming changes needed to adjust hardness & density of foam injection parts as needed.

I was in charge of the entire production process for foam injection molds to create automobile seating. my duties were to plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications and too supervise teams that work in operations and product development.
