- Working with 3 offices acrossed Asia in reagrding to accounting operation, cash management and regulation compliance. Proposed and implemented a digital dashboard to consolidate all red flags and incidents, incl. account payable/ receivable (AR/ AP) overdue, and presented to 3 offices’ (incl. oversea joint ventures) director, senior managers. - Supported Assistant President on identifying and acquiring potential ventures. Used various inhouse online platform to carry out market research and conduct a M&A recommendation report consideration background, potential income, legal and financial risk etc.- Managed the digital transformation process to integrate existing ERP system to SAP accounting system to streamline accounting process. Worked closely with SAP consultants to plan and execute the integration by creating new filters, API integration.

- Worked for commission system reconciliation for one of leading Wealth Management in UK, to consult and reconcile the commissions accrued and paid to the agents across Asia, and to save time up to two weeks for all staff and ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of the information. -Set up the Xero add -on for mobile claiming expense for the staff, staff can take a photo of the expense and uploaded to the accounting system, and getting approve in the system as well.

-Project implementation of Accounting system of consolidation and other modules to streamline the accounting operation and enhanced the automation.-Set up internal control of accounting system such like approval procedure of creating account code and inter-company reconciliation procedure.-Spot entities management account with fluctuation and provide explanation and insights for management decision.-Prepare consolidation accounts monthly and audit schedules to the auditor.

-Prepare monthly consolidation, management report & analysis.-Prepare interim and annual report schedules and facilitate the audit work.-Establish annual budget affairs with different business units and departments.-Working as accounting system enhancement project group member.

-Take care of a portfolio of individual and corporate clients in their accounting, company secretarial, auditing and taxation affairs.-Leveraging Xero (a beautiful accounting software) and eager to provide advisory service in financial strategy within this cloud accounting platform.

-Facilitate the clients from mainland of their financial needs and acocount receivable management.

-Train up new joiners in shop within 30 days and deliver training to frontline staff for mystery shoppers program.-Provide quality & professional sales and customer service and drive sales and perform shop daily operations & administration duties.

-Provide check in and arrival services in a professional standards.-Manage the complaints from customers for delay flight and arrange the connecting flights to them.
