1.Organize national training, including new employee training, employee career promotion training, find sales problems through data analysis, and provide training solutions/projects;2.Responsible for reviewing and reporting on the annual budget of the operations3.Responsible for follow-up training on key stores/regions, discover outstanding employees, and feedback to the retail team;4.Set up monthly training calender to help the sales 5.Collect the products information from store and prepare the feedback reports to merchandising team for next season's order;6.operation support, including but not limited to monitor the SA take for all boutiques in China, Retail training and daily support for operation questions;7.Design retail employee career development plans and establish inspection tools and standards;8.Support the retail team to conduct TTT training (sales skills, product skills, etc.) for the retail team to ensure the effectiveness of the training course;9.Develop training courses, including product training materials update, sales skills and store management courses, check and follow up the store staff, and feedback to the retail team;10.Trainer management and  evaluation11.Event and marketing support；
