Maintain and support over 2500 domestic and overseas accounts, by ensuring updates throughout the order process, providing information current and upcoming products, and supporting account with any customer service issues. Responsible for the professional development of current and new wholesale team members, through hands-on exercises and coaching. Partner with the marketing and media department to develop creative ways to support and enhance the wholesale department. Coordinate with the R&D and installation team in the development and testing of new products, by utilizing close relationships with accounts. Implemented strong problem-solving skills to prevent and solve recurring issues. Spearheaded and order tracking process, which has significantly reduced the occurrence of missed or late orders, through the use of project management software. Cultivated a new and positive relationship between the wholesale and retail teams, by providing access to the wholesale account network in order to increase sales. Co-developed a new process for in-house installations. Repaired damaged relationships from past accounts, by offering unparalleled support. Fostered new relationships with new accounts and vendor partners. Increased community outreach and have developed positive relationships with local cars club, community organizations, and school districts.

Managed and facilitated the Ultimate Driving Experience and Vintage Driving programs. I began with Imagine Lifestyles as an instructor in 2012 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In this role I was responsible for locating new sites to hold events, customer service, vehicle maintenance, creating and implementing new marketing strategies, and a host of other task (please refer to attached resume).
