Implemented strong problem-solving skills to prevent and solve recurring issues. Spearheaded and order tracking process, which has significantly reduced the occurrence of missed or late orders, through the use of project management software. Cultivated a new and positive relationship between the wholesale and retail teams, by providing access to the wholesale account network in order to increase sales. Co-developed a new process for in-house installations. Repaired damaged relationships from past accounts, by offering unparalleled support. Fostered new relationships with new accounts and vendor partners. Increased community outreach and have developed positive relationships with local cars club, community organizations, and school districts.
