During my internship at HP I worked with Research & Development, Technical Marketing and Customer Assurance for the LaserJet Division. I spent much of my time in Customer Assurance where I worked on a project that involved negotiating product upgrades for our top accounts. Along side this project I worked with a Customer Validation Team which is responsible for managing customer product testing. These projects allowed me to acquire many skills including customer services skills and business communication, such as communicating program requirements verbally and written, understanding diverse businesses, problem solving for business needs, and listening and communicating customer satisfaction to the development team.Achievements:* Help managers better focus resources by mining data from historical customer validation programs * Automate reports through the use of MS Excel macros * Recreate customer surveys with and emphasis on product satisfaction*Work with developers to better understand product satisfiers by analyzing customer feedback data* Maintain reports on product status and performance throughout development
