BTF are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Challock, Canterbury and Heathfield.We have a dedicated team of experienced Chartered Surveyors with specialist knowledge covering all aspects associated with the aquisition, occupation and ownership of rural and commercial property across Kent and Sussex We act for a broad range of clients including banks and financial institutions, partnerships and corporate bodies, private investors and owner occupiers.As a Trainee I worked very closely with Michael Bax the Senior Partner of BTF Partnership along with further senior employees within the firm, developing my skills within all sectors of the job.I passed my professional exams in May 2014 year and was made a Director in April 2018. The majority of my personal work is in the form of Agency with Director Richard Thomas although I still carry our a range of other professional advice including Estate Management, Valuation, Estate Mapping, Landlord and Tenant and Agriculture.
