As one of the founding partners of BTF, I handed over the reins of being Managing Director a few years ago to be able concentrate on serving clients. I thoroughly enjoy the 'day job' advising landowners, farmers, and corporate entities on a wide range of land and property matters. My specialisms include compulsory purchase and compensation projects; valuations, to include Expert Witness instructions; and advising landowners with opportunities in the residential and mixed development sector both on immediate and strategic development sites. With over 30 years experience, I try to take a pragmatic and direct route to solving problems.I come from a Kent farming family in the North Kent area and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1994. BTF is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in Canterbury, Challock and Heathfield.We have a dedicated team of experienced Chartered Surveyors with specialist knowledge covering all aspects associated with the occupation and ownership of rural and commercial property across Kent and Sussex.We act for a broad range of clients including banks and financial institutions, partnerships and corporate bodies, private investors and owner occupiers
