I have over 25 years experience working sales and customer care in the the sports & cycling industry. I am passionate about mental health & the impact mindset has on this and I have two coaching businesses focused in two specific areas Fluid38 & Dad360. The mission for my coaching and workshops is give clients the space to develop their mindset in areas of their life they enjoy and are focused on, they can then transfer the skills to other area’s of their life to enhance mental fortitude, preventing depression, anxiety and fighting the stresses of modern life.Fluid38 has mindset coaching programs and 1-2-1 coaching for athletes, teams & anyone wishing to achieve a better mental state/wellbeing. The skills & techniques we nurture enable their best performance in their sport that they then transfer into daily life.Following the birth of my son I have created Dad360 to give workshops & coaching for expecting dads and new dads so they can show up at their best for themselves & their family.Your mindset determines your limits. I work closely with clients to create specific programs using neutral thinking, tiny habits & behaviours to create life long change not short term gains.
