- Lead the development of activities & schedules for youth programs- Engage staff, parents, and youth as lead coach for youth programs- Maintain an active role in the set-up, operation, and tear-down of all Pavilion programs- Assist in the collection and implementation of youth program logistics- Supervise staff, space, facility & equipment.- Responsible for acquiring and promoting agreed upon participant goals- Responsible with staff new hire training, & performance reviews- Supervise Pavilion staff responsibilities, schedules, and performance feedback- Improve efficiency and find cost saving areas within the Pavilion department- Evaluate and improve existing programs, suggest new program opportunities to the department manager, and develop those new programs meeting the agreed upon participant goals- Contribute to the development of marketing materials & actively seek program promotion opportunities- Assist in the tracking of department expenditures & analyzing financial statements-Audit Equipment and Supplies
