We work with all types of clients on a wide range of events, from large conferences to dinners, summer and Christmas parties, conferences, trade fairs, fashion shows, film shoots and bespoke functions.Situated in the prestigious and historic neighbourhood of Marylebone, we are just a short stroll from Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Warren Street London Underground stations and the green open spaces of Regent’s Park.Responsibilities------------* Overseeing the food & beverage operations at 66 and 76 Portland Place to ensure a first-class visitor and staff experience, ensuring all my teams activities in the buildings are coordinated and managed according to industry best practice, and that impact on visitors, staff, public and my client is considered and managed at all times.* Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the F&B annual operating budget.* Preparing monthly financial reporting for the client and CH&CO Executive Team to show progress throughout the year, highlighting opportunities or risks.* Leading the F&B teams to ensure that they are achieving individual targets and goals as well as developing them for their own career progression and ensuring they deliver a first-class customer experience.* Ensuring that the clients venues are used according to the agreement protocol and working with colleagues to instill best practice in all RIBA venues, giving support and advice as necessary.

Oversaw all the food& beverage operations at Leeds Castle, well being involved in the successful tender process.

Run all the food and beverage operations, starting at Fulham Palace before moving to British Library as operational help on the tender the becoming Deputy General Manager to later become General Manager at first Kew Gardens before moving over to the British Library. Well holding these posts I was also involved in the tender and launch of the following sites: Kew Gardens, Royal Academy of Arts and Imperial War Museum.
