Geographic responsibility for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Oceania (EMEA)Implemented the compliance, ethics and risk management programme. I was responsible for delivering ethical compliance training, communications, investigations and projects. Managed a network of compliance contacts within multiple affiliates across the region.I led the implementation of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) payment transparency solution and electronic document management system for affiliates within EMEA

I managed the region’s learning management system as system owner and provided training to staff on clinical procedures. We were inspected by both the FDA and MHRA and I led pre-inspection readiness activities.

I led quality investigations, coordinated the close out of corrective and preventive actions and completed investigations into customer complaints. I helped implement a new site-wide quality management system (QMS).
