My role in this company was that I was responsible for developing, producing and supervising custom made marketing campaigns for various A brands in the Netherlands. After an employment of just over 4 years I decided to found action marketing agency Smaac on the first of May 2004. A company that primarily started with developing and producing creative custom-made premiums. From 2008 we decided to broaden our scope and we decided to no longer have a focus solely on custom made premiums but using our in house creativity also for developing and creating below-the-line campaigns. Besides being part of the creative team I am also responsible for (international) sales departments.
