I started Smaac 15 years ago, because I truly believe that every brand has to carry out and repeatedly reinforce its own identity. From the first day on, creativity has been my compass in how I help brands and challenge them to stand out amongst the crowd. An entrepreneurial creative with a passion for everything that’s new and different.After successfully completing my HEAO CE study in Tilburg in 2000, I started as a project manager in the company of former PSV player Jan Heintze. My role in this company was that I was responsible for developing, producing and supervising custom made marketing campaigns for various A brands in the Netherlands. After an employment of just over 4 years I decided to found action marketing agency Smaac on the first of May 2004. A company that primarily started with developing and producing creative custom-made premiums. From 2008 we decided to broaden our scope and we decided to no longer have a focus solely on custom made premiums but using our in house creativity also for developing and creating below-the-line campaigns. Besides being part of the creative team I am also responsible for (international) sales departments.
