Contract manager deals with purchasing and drafting all contracts with contractors and suppliers of a client. You support the product managers and you look for optimization of the aspects of quality and costs. Responsibility for the application of laws and regulations also lies with the Contract Manager. The Contract Manager is someone who is integrally responsible for the result of the contract to the satisfaction of all parties. There are five core aspects that the Contract Manager is expected to manage: the relationship with the customer, the risks, the service, obligations and expectations and the finances. In this position you are responsible for the correct, efficient and safe realization of the logistics warehouse processes in Maasbree & Duisburg. In this position you are responsible for P&L and you are in direct contact with one of our largest customers. Alle logistieke processen betreffende input, throughput en output komen aan bod, integraal ketenbeheer is het werkdomein van mijn functie. Tevens heb ik veel ervaring opgedaan in voorraadbeheer en warehouse management. Het doel van deze werkzaamheden is om efficiënte bedrijfsprocessen te creëren die geoptimaliseerd zijn om het primaire proces te garanderen, dit is tot stand gekomen middels het gebruik van SAP (ERP). Mede hierdoor is een beheersbare en efficiënte bedrijfsvoering eenvoudig te realiseren. Het inrichten en werken met het INK-model (Total Quality Management) is de basis van mijn werkzaamheden. Middels dit model wordt de strategie van de Koninklijke Landmacht ten uitvoer gebracht. Hierbij staat stakeholdermanagement centraal. Dagelijks leiding geven aan een team van 120 personen, inclusief coachen en begeleiden. Verantwoordelijk voor het toegewezen personeel en materieel inclusief opleidingen en trainingen. Resultaatgericht werken in overeenstemming met de strategie. Procesgericht werken en sturen op het gedrag (management control systeem) van medewerkers.
