Inspection of construction in the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) Tolling areas including new concrete pavement and TransCore Infinity Digital Lane System equipment. Work with the consultant team to oversee the conversion of old cash lanes to new electronic EZ Tag lanes.

Quality Assurance team member inspection of the North Approach section of the Ship Channel Bridge, south bound phase. Worked under the supervision of owner's representative for HCTRA. Performed field inspection of concrete work for drill shafts, seal slabs, footings, column formwork, columns, column caps and related steel rebar cages. Assisted inspection with drill shaft construction of the Main Bridge pylons, the major segment of the Ship Channel Bridge project. Worked with inspection teams on the South Approach bridge section, the third portion of the project. Inspection for the Casting Yard section of the project which included precast concrete segments of the main span and back span of the main bridge being constructed in the work jigs and the casting beds.

• Inspection of highway construction from foundations, structures, pavement and concrete bridge decks for Segments 3 through 9. • In addition to inspection responsibilities I created PDF drawing sets by mapping out paid areas base on paysheets for reconciliation of quantities.

Subcontracted to SAM-CS for the inspection of new construction highway work of the US 290 expansion for Segments 4 and 5, Antoine Drive to Little York Road.

Inspection of new construction highway work including subgrade, pavement, bridge foundations, columns and bridge deck work. Testing of concrete sample cylinders. Documentation of daily activities. Calculations of quantities for pay authorization. Review of construction drawings and documents for conformance and discrepancies. Projects include Federal interstate highways throughout Houston, state highways and City of Houston street projects.

Managed upgrades to Sprint cellular telephone site equipment in South East Texas area. The construction work (over $6 million in GC work not including network equipment), involved two major programs: (1) replacement of legacy equipment at 401 cell sites with new radio and cabinet sets and (2) carrier growth kit upgrades at 200 sites to existing Nortel installations.
