Alex Dickerson founded The Collective in 2008. She oversaw new client acquisition, strategy implementation and expansion, as well as entrepreneurial development and creative marketing for all of The Collective's clients.Before launching The Collective, Alex gained an extensive background in public relations and marketing within the luxury and lifestyle industries working at both boutique and corporate firms in New York and Los Angeles. Throughout her career she has been sought after by employers and clients alike to handle media relations, plan and produce events, and build and execute brand and marketing strategies. Her diverse client roster includes: Lulu Frost, Ron Robinson | Fred Segal, Stephen Dweck, Trina Turk, Joie, Robert Rodriguez, Badgley Mischka, Porthault, Moet & Chandon, Stetson, Steve Madden and others.Alex received a BA in Spanish Language from the University of Virginia. Additionally she holds a bilingual MBA from IESE University in Barcelona, Spain.
