This role's responsibilities was predominantly for system item data (SKU management), artwork approval and project management of all PR Winemakers Australian manufactured products and all imported products sold in Australia and New Zealand. This role ensured objectives and measurement is in place for the efficient management of the department and to enable the quickest possible introduction of local new product development (NPD). It was also responsible for developing efficient work procedures to ensure the creation and collection of relevant product item master data, data integrity and stewardship. The Team Leader role managed a team of specialists in charge of a shared portfolio of products that lead the delivery of all projects to a strict timeline ensuring products are delivered into the market at an agreed date during the early development phase. Effective management of a very wide and diverse stakeholder set, both internal and external, was imperative to the accurate and efficient delivery of projects.

As Packaging Technologist I was responsible for driving the development of packaging to support new product and material implementation ensuring suitability of design, appropriate selection of materials and cost effectiveness.
