I am expert facilitator with 20 years of experience using art and creativity to support groups to collaborate, make better decisions, navigate conflict and solve problems together.I facilitate processes that enable the full diversity of human beings to belong. I am adept working with a range of methodologies such ans Inclusive Design, Design Thinking, Open Space and Design Sprints. My BackgroundI co-founded Soda in 2021, a design agency which helps organisations create more inclusive products and services. I have worked with the NHS supporting underserved groups to design health initiatives across London. I developed an inclusive design training for Remarkable, a global start up incubator working with people who are disabled/chronically ill/neurodivergent.I was awarded a place on the Year Here Fellowship (2021) which supported me to develop Soda.I trained with Processwork UK between 2016-2020. I have experience supporting groups and communities to have complex and difficult conversations. I am the founder and director of 'Angels of History' - a non-profit initiative which supports Jewish communities to explore intergenerational trauma as a way to connect across political and communal divides.My facilitation work is grounded in my art practice in film and performance. My projects explore queer history, artists’ archives, Jewishness and community in in heartfelt and often comedic ways. My forthcoming film ‘Maps of Other Possibilities,’ will premiere at Tate Britain in 2025.Throughout my career I’ve worked with incredible artists and activists exploring queerness, disability and the history of underrepresented artists. I was a curator and producer at the groundbreaking Live Art Development Agency in London (2012-2020) where I worked with grassroots organisations, as well as with major institutions including Tate, Hull City of Culture and the Barbican.
