Responsible for acquiring minerals and mineral leasehold in the DJ Wattenburg Basin, a resource rich area containing Niobrara shale, Codell and "J" sand formations. As a leasing agent, acquired thousands of net mineral acres of leasehold or ownership in Colorado and Wyoming, adding significant value to the client's position in the field. Contract mid-stream surface landman, negotiated for pipeline right-of-way in order to connect wells to facilities, connect facilities to long linear pipeline, and to transport water on demand to well sites.
