-As a pillars Manager I provide technical support in Food & Nutrition, Health & Water projects implementation, monitoring and evaluation.-I conducted several infant and young child feeding sessions for the mother-to-mother support groups in collaboration with District Officials ( Nutrition and Health officers) and submit implementation reports to the donors and government.-I develop budgets and work plans to guide the project activites and regular reports to monitor project expenditures. Also I attended several stakeholders meetings and establish relevant partnerships for projects development and maintain the relationship we have with other development partners.

Manage and offer technical support to the pillar programs, organization, and implementation on the ground. Undertake all Nutrition interventions within the program through coordination and surveillance. Conduct on-the-job training for health works and teachers on Nutrition and related subjects. Ensuring quality and control of feeding program (School Feeding Program), including distributed food. Monitor Nutrition progress of beneficiaries. Conducting School Meals Program Advocacy at school and community levels. Establishment, support and capacity building of students Health and Nutrition clubs. Network with partners and other organizations to expand Nutrition services offered. Review and ensure the program is relevant and of high standards through a monitoring and evaluation system on implementation and cost effectiveness. Make timely food orders/transport orders as per set requirements. Compile monthly report to agency and partner, organize and participate at quarterly stakeholder's meeting on behalf of the organization. Ensuring that water, sanitation, and hygiene project, programs, and awareness are implemented effectively, professionally, and in accordance with the culture and practices of the beneficiaries. Link beneficiaries to livelihood and IGA projects. Research and propose future projects/donor for consideration by the project. Facilitate budget creation and budget management together with pillar manger.
