My journey in Information Technology began as genuine interest as a child. Self taught many skills, as I believe most passionate technicians start out, finding a sense of accomplishment in figuring out how to fix something. I pursued a fast-track advanced diploma technology course in networking and internet security while working part time, and was successful in achieving my first IT helpdesk role shorty before graduating.I am a self-motivated, ambitious, and committed IT service professional with a keen eye for changes and improvement opportunities and strong troubleshooting skills. My natural inclination towards planning, risk assessment, and finding improvement opportunities, led me to developing our project team and becoming the project coordinator. With 4 years of IT experience within the Westpac group across different teams, and 3 years as a senior at an MSP, I have a strong understanding of technology infrastructure, a diverse skillset, and a vast wealth of knowledge. I have experience collaborating with other teams, both internally and externally, to find mutually beneficial solutions.I have a genuine passion for IT and a proven history of excelling at any role or task in a short period of time. I believe in being proactive and providing solutions, rather than reporting problems. As an individual, I am committed to personal growth, sharing experience, and have the ability to spot things others often don’t see. This often translates to identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvement.Personal Key Strengths:Planning, Risk Assessment, Pro-active, problem solver, team player, interpersonal communications, creative thinker.
