Self taught many skills, as I believe most passionate technicians start out, finding a sense of accomplishment in figuring out how to fix something. I pursued a fast-track advanced diploma technology course in networking and internet security while working part time, and was successful in achieving my first IT helpdesk role shorty before graduating.I am a self-motivated, ambitious, and committed IT service professional with a keen eye for changes and improvement opportunities and strong troubleshooting skills.My natural inclination towards planning, risk assessment, and finding improvement opportunities, led me to developing our project team and becoming the project coordinator.
