Leading a team of highly experienced SME bankers in the Solent region, comprising 17 Relationship Directors working across key sectors such as Manufacturing, Enginering, Retail & Leisure, Technology and Telecoms, Business Services, Healthcare, Education, Agricultural and Real Estate.

Reponsible for leading a team of 8 Banking professionals looking after all Technology & Telecomms clients with turnover above £25m across the South of England. The role included line management responsibilities as well as responsibility for a small portfolio of listed or VC backed clients.

Leading a team of 7 Corporate Financiers across the South East of England working with companies in the sub £25m space providing funding for acquisitions, MBO's and MBI's.
