Having managed a team of Lending Consultants specialising in assessing Intermediary applications, I have now taken on the challenge of managing a team of multi skilled Lending Consultants in a newly established Multi Channel Team. Continuing to assess applications from the Intermediary Market, as well as Telephone Distribution, Santander's new Online Execution only platform and Interest Only Maturity applications, from our existing customers. I am managing the workflow and capacity for all channels into my team and I work closely with other stakeholders to ensure an improved customer journey, a solid team structure and that there are continued up-skill opportunities for each of the Lending Consultants within the team.

Having managed in several sites I now manage a team I helped to construct and develop in Milton Keynes. We service applications from the Intermediary market and work hard to maintain SLA's across both BAU processes but also in dealing with Appeals, Complaints and Escalations. I manage a team of Lending Consultants and the relationship between us and our Sales colleagues. I make sure we are receptive to any feedback or challenges whether from our internal governance or Sales colleagues but also offer guidance on prospective business and will also confirm and clarify the reasons for our decisions where needed.
