I build statistical models to assist in detection of fraudulent behavior. I use statistical methodologies to create new data sets for both ease of summarization and evaluation of behavioral trends. I use a wide variety of tools including R, Python, and SQL to manipulate and organize large scale data for downstream use. I lead projects for adoption of and migration to new tools and platforms to enhance automation capabilities. I build dashboards and reports to inform policy decisions across the organization. I work with partner groups to determine data needs and design operational reports.

I trade congestion products in US power markets. I gather, wrangle, and analyze data for congestion trading purposes in multiple US power markets. I use a variety of mathematical and fundamental models and tools to search for trading opportunities in both short-term and long-term auctions. I also use my work to support asset management and term power trading across a variety of time horizons in multiple power markets.

I analyze power markets using a variety of methods, including both fundamental and statistical models and analysis. I report insights and predictions on a variety of time horizons, including hours through years. I perform exploratory undirected analyses to generate new insights where none exists previously, and I dig into known questions to assess confidence in existing theories. I provide and present these analyses to a variety of recipients, including asset managers, traders, originators, and management.

Wrote supplemental content for textbooks and online coursework for a variety of mathematics topics including algebra, statistics, calculus, and linear algebra.
