-Submit and release code for apps that are used throughout a warehouse and all over the country (Alpha Anywhere and Javascript)-Help salesmen over the phone and through teamviewer with tablet or app issues-Release changes to Access programs and databases used throughout the office (MsAccess and Visual Basic)-Troubleshooting for cameras, printers, and other devices on a network.

-In charge of making tickets for repair/replacement of customer devices.-Diagnosing and troubleshooting reported issues with devices.-Teaching co-workers how to do repairs properly, make sure they follow the proper workflow, and if there are mistakes then point it out and show them the correct way.-Manage all tickets for the store (invoices, notes, states, customer interaction).-Manage consignment parts and report consignment stock to apple.-Order any parts and supplies needed for repairs and general store operations.-Talk with managers about improvements for workflow.

Working the front desk, filing, and anything that would need doing around the office.

Mostly a waiter/worker at a venue when they were light on actual employees for the night. A few odd jobs here and there would come up as well.
