Manager of the Banyan Tree Cafe which is a high flow, non-profit cafe, serving anywhere between 200-500 people/day(due to seasonal changes). Managerial responsibilities included, but were not limited to, keeping inventory on stock, and reordering weekly/as needed to meet demands of cafe flow, budget/finance records, training and personal care for staff ( 7 full time volunteer staff, and approx. 10 new student volunteers every 3 months), making improvements to establishment (redecorating, sourcing new coffee/tea suppliers, building a resource library for training, updating POS system, etc), organizing and executing community events (ie: open mic nights, art shows, World Cup viewings), and implementing high standards of cleanliness, work ethic, and customer service.

Volunteered full time with a non-profit international missions organization. Over time responsibilities varied, including but not limited to: administrative work, PR and communications, maintenance, grounds, training, team building, mentorship, outreach coordination, and hospitality.
