Coordinate and maintain the Service Delivery for client based Health Plans & the long-term Client Relationship Management Strategy. Key Client Advocate and liaison, responsible for ensuring stellar service and overall satisfaction across the Envision Healthcare Network. Oversee resolution of complex client issues, escalations, by developing both internal and external business partnerships. Provide feedback and guidance to Client Service Team, Client Service Peers and Regional Senior Leadership on process effectiveness and performance of team.
